Ingredients For Double Meat Kafta Kabab:

  • Beef mince  250 gm
  • Chicken mince  250 gm
  • Crushed red chili  1 1/2 tbsp
  • Crushed cumin  1 tsp
  • Crushed coriander  1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Green chilies  4 to 5
  • Green coriander  1/2 bunch
  • Bread crumbs  4 tbsp
  • Egg  1
  • Oil  1 to 2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. Take a chopper add beef mince, chicken mince, chopped red chilies, whole cumin, whole coriander, chopped black pepper, ginger garlic paste, green chilies, chopped green coriander, bread crumbs, egg and salt mix it well make paste.
  2. Now take it out in a plate, pour oil in hands and make kofta.
  3. Then steam it into steamer.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan fry the koftas.
  5. Now take out in serving dish.
  6. Then garnish it with salad leaves and tomatoes then serve.

Ingredients For Sada Zafrani Pulao:

  • Rice  1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste  2 to 3 tbsp
  • Yogurt  1
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Fried onion  3
  • Whole spice  3 to 4
  • Stock  1 liter
  • Saffron essence  few drops
  • Clarified butter  1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First wash the rice with water, keep them in water for 2 hours.
  2. Take a pan add tara garam masala make it crisp.
  3. Then add onions and ginger garlic paste for frying.
  4. Then add stock.
  5. Boil the rice and let it cook.
  6. Rice is ready add few drops of saffron essence and simmer it.
  7. When the simmer is done then dish out, garnish it with fried onions then serve.
