Ingredients For Cheesy Tarts:

  • Gram flour  1 bowl
  • Yeast  1 tbsp
  • Boneless chicken  250gm
  • Chopped capsicum  1
  • Chopped tomatoes  1 to 2
  • Mozzarella cheese  250 gm
  • Cream cheese  1 tbsp
  • Salt  as needed
  • Black pepper  as needed
  • Oil  for frying

Method:

  1. First take a boneless chicken, add salt and black pepper boil it and make it cool, make its small pieces.
  2. Then take a bowl add flour, yeast, salt and some oil knead it well.
  3. Now take another bowl add boiled chicken, capsicum, tomatoes and cream cheese mix it well.
  4. Then knead it make its small portions, give it shape of tart, place it on baking dish.
  5. Now put that mixture on tart and put mozzarella cheese on its top.
  6. Bake it till top cheese starts to melt, when it becomes hard then take it out in dish and serve.

Ingredients For Gobi Kay Pakoray:

  • Cauliflower  250 gm
  • Wheat flour  4 tbsp
  • Salt  as needed
  • Black pepper as needed
  • Oil  for frying

Method:

  1. First cut the cauliflower and boil it.
  2. Now take a bowl add boiled cabbage, wheat flour, salt and black pepper mix it well.
  3. Then pour oil for frying.
