Ingredients For Eggless Caramal Custard:
Milk 2 1/2 cup
China grass powder 1 tsp
Sugar for caramel 1 tbsp
Shan vanilla custard powder 1 tbsp
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Sugar 3 tbsp
Method:
Take a pudding mold add caramel with sugar and water let it cook, until the sugar becomes brown.
Now spread the caramel sugar.Then add shan vanilla custard powder, mix it with cool milk.
Then boil the remaining milk.
When it is boiled then add china grass powder cook it for 5 minutes.
Now add custard powder mixture make it thick, let it cook.
Ingredients For Seekh Kabab Roll With Shan Seekh Kabab Masala:
Flour 1 cup
Wheat flour 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Water as required
Ingredients For Chutney:
Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves 4 tbsp
Mint leaves 8
Green chiles 2
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Yogurt 1 tbsp
Method:
For making paratha : take a flour, add filtered flour.
Now pour oi knead it well.
Now keep it on a side make its portion, now roll out the portions round.
Pour ghee and fold it fry it on pan.
For making seekh kabab: take a mince, ginger garlic, raw papaya, gram flour, beaten egg and shan seekh kabab masala mix it well.
Now make the seekh kabab and fry it on a pan.
Simmer it with coal in end.
For making kabab roll : put onion rings on its top, mint chutney fold it, then roll it in paper.
Mint chutney : take a blender add tamarind pulp, green coriander, mint leaves, green chilies, garlic and yogurt then blend it.
