Ingredients For Reshmi Tikka Kabab:

  • Chicken  1/2 kg
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Ginger  1 piece
  • Green chilies  4
  • Chopped coriander  1 tsp
  • Red chili powder  1/2 tsp
  • Papaya  1 tsp
  • Yogurt  1/2 cup
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Cream  1 tbsp
  • Nutmeg/ mace  1/2 tsp
  • Coal  1
  • Oil  as required

Ingredients For Cake Rusk Halwa:

  • Milk  1 cup
  • Chopped cake rusk 2 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Khoya 1 cup
  • Cardamom 1/2 tsp
  • Fried semolina  1/2 cup
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Chopped almonds  as required
  • Chopped pistachio as required
  • Edible silver leaf  as required

Method:

  1. First pour milk, chopped almonds, chopped pistachio, cardamom, khoya, sugar cook it well.
  2. When the syrup becomes thick then turn off the stove.
  3. Now pour ghee add semolina roast it well, when it turns to golden brown add cake rusk, add milk and let it cook on low temperature.
  4. When it becomes dry then turn off the stove.
