Ingredients For Kastoori Chicken Boti:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Cheddar cheese  1 cup
  • Lemon juice 1/2 cup
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Almonds ground  1 tbsp
  • Pistachio ground  1 tbsp
  • Black pepper  1 tbsp
  • Saffron  1/2 tsp
  • Green chili paste tbsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Olper milk 2 tbsp
  • Oil  4 tbsp
  • Shashlik sticks  as required

Method:

  1. Take a bowl marinate the chicken with all the ingredients then leave it for half an hour.
  2. Now put it into shashlik stick and leave it on 200 degree C bake it for half an hour.
  3. Then take it out in a serving dish and serve it with ketchup or chili garlic sauce.
