Ingredients For Dahi Fruit:

  • Yogurt  1 kg
  • Condensed milk  1 tin
  • Pineapple jelly powder 1 packet
  • Pineapple cubes  1 tin
  • Fresh cream  1 packet
  • Gelatin powder 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. First mix the gelatin powder in a cool water.
  2. Now make the water warm.
  3. When it comes to boil then add gelatin, then put the warm water and let it cook.
  4. Take a bowl add yogurt, comel condensed milk, mix it well and beat it with help fork and keep it in fridge.
  5. Tasty Dahi Fruit is ready.

Ingredients For Vegetable Pakora:

  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Chopped potatoes  2
  • Grated carrots  1
  • Chopped onion  2
  • Chopped spinach 1/2 bunch
  • Chopped green chilies  2
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Oil  to fry
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. Take a pan, add flour, chopped green chilies,chopped potatoes, grated carrot, chopped onion, chopped spinach, black pepper, chaat masala and salt mix it well.
  2. Now mix it into gram flour mixture and beat it.
  3. After that heat it add pakoras with hand serve it hot.
