Ingredients For Muglai Kesar Murgh:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Saffron 1/2 tsp
  • Cashew paste 1 tbsp
  • Chopped fennel 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  2 tsp
  • Milk  1 cup
  • Red chili powder  1-1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Hing  1 pinch
  • Cumin seed powder  1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Ghee or oil  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Now pour oil or ghee add ginger garlic paste, when it starts to smell then add chicken roast it well.
  2. When it turns to golden brown then add yogurt, chopped red chilies, salt, hing, turmeric, cashew nuts paste, chopped fennel, chopped coriander, and cumin mix it well.
  3. After that add chicken and cover it.
  4. When the chicken water dries then add milk and saffron in chicken cook it for 10-15 minutes then turn off the stove.

Ingredients For No Bake Banana Cream Cheese Cake:

  • Banana  4
  • Cream cheese  1 bottle
  • Condensed milk  1/2 cup
  • Coconut milk 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence  1/2 tsp

For Making Base:

  • Chopped biscuits 1 cup
  • Butter  50 gm

Method:

  1. For making base: put biscuits crush add butter mix it well.
  2. Now put it into glass base and set it.
  3. Take a cream cheese, condensed milk, coconut milk and vanilla essence mix it well.
  4. Then add banana pieces and mix it.
  5. Then take it out in a glass and garnish with banana.
