Ingredients For Tandoori Fried Chicken With Shan Tandoori Masala:

  • Chicken  1 kg 8 pieces
  • Water  1 cup
  • Shan tandoori masala  1 packet
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Oil  for deep frying
  • Eggs 2 beaten

Method:

  1. First take a pan, add chicken pieces, water, tandoori masala and ginger garlic paste boil it well.
  2. When the chicken tenders then turn off the stove and make it cool.
  3. After that add chicken pieces add beaten egg and deep fry it in hot oil.
  4. Delicious tandoori fried chicken is ready.

Ingredients For Shan Sheer Khurma:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Shan sheer Khurma Mix  1 packet

Method:

  1. First cook the milk, shan sheer khurma boil it for 10 minutes, then stir it, serve it hot.
