Ingredients For Rani Chicken:
Chicken 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Chopped onion 2
Yogurt 250 gm
Red chili paste 2 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
All spice powder 1/2 cup
Roasted sesame seed 2 tbsp
Cream 1/2 cup
Dry fruits 1/2 cup
Ghee 1 cup
Salt to taste
Method:
First remove the skin of almonds and pistachio.
Now pour ghee, add chopped onions make it brown. Then add yogurt mix it and keep it on a side.
Now pour ghee add whole garam masala make it crispy.
Then add yogurt, red chili paste, chopped coriander, chopped cumin, roasted sesame seed and salt cook it well.
After that pour water cover and let it cook.
Now fry the dried fruit in a pan fry it well and mix it into chicken and dish out it garnish it with cream then serve.
Ingredients For Shahi Custart Bread:
Bread slices 10 -12
Milk 1/2 liter
Sugar 1/2 cup
Clarified butter for fry
For Custard:
Milk 1/2 liter
Sugar 1/2 cup
Rafhan vanilla custard 1 cup
Method:
First mix the milk into custard then mix it.
Now heat the milk and add sugar.
When the sugar is saturated then add custard and when the mixture becomes thick then remove it and make it cool.
Custard is ready.
First cut the bread slices then pour ghee in a pan, fry the bread pieces, take it out and keep it on a side.
Now add sugar in milk cook it until the milk becomes thick, then remove it from stove.
Now add the fried bread pieces and take it out then put them into custard.
Garnish it with almonds and pistachio then serve.
