Ingredients For Choconut Tea Cake:

  • Flour  1-1/2 cup
  • Corn flour  1/2 cup
  • Baking powder  1 tsp
  • Butter  200 gm
  • Icing sugar 1 cup
  • Egg  3
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Milk  1/2 cup
  • Chopped meva  1/2 cup
  • Chocolate chips  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First add butter and sugar beat it well.
  2. Now add egg, vanilla essence, milk and baking powder beat it well.
  3. Then add flour, corn flour, chopped meva, chocolate chip fold it and heat it to 180 degree C for 30 minutes.

Ingredients For Masala Kofta:

For making Kofta:

  • Mutton mince 1/2 kg
  • Cumin seeds  2 tsp
  • Peanuts  2 tsp
  • Sesame seeds  2 tsp
  • Round chilies 6
  • Onion  2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

For making Gravy:

  • Yogurt 1-1/2 gm
  • Fired onion  1 cup
  • Curry leaves  6
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Green chili/ Coriander as required

Method:

  1. For making kofta: Take a pan, add sesame seeds, cumin, peanuts and round chilies roast it and chop it well.
  2. Now add mince, roasted and chopped masala, ginger garlic paste and salt in a chopper.
  3. Then add egg and koftas.
  4. For making gravy: Add yogurt, fried onions, chaat masala, chopped red chilies, lemon juice, chopped coriander and ginger garlic paste.
  5. Now pour oil add curry leaves.
  6. When fragrance comes, then add yogurt mixture for roasting.
  7. Then pour water add kofta, let it cook on low temperature.
  8. Turn off the stove add green chilies and green coriander.
