Ingredients For Gulabi Chicken:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Butter  2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  2 tbsp
  • Tomato paste  1/2 cup
  • Fresh cream 1 cup
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder  1 tbsp
  • All spice powder  1/2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Oil  2-3 tbsp

Method:

  1. First pour oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste roast it.
  2. Now add chicken pieces saute it and cook it till the chicken turns to golden color.
  3. Then add tomato paste, chopped red chilies, chopped cumin, chopped garam masala, salt and butter cook it for 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Then add fresh cream roast it well, then serve.

Ingredients For Vegetable Pakora:

  • Brinjal 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Onion  1
  • Cauliflower 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Lemon  1
  • Gram flour  250 gm
  • Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds  1 tbsp
  • Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Red pepper  1 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Oil  for fry
  • Water  as required

Method:

  1. First cut the brinjal, carrot, onion, cabbage, potato, capsicum, cut it into small pieces.
  2. Now take a bowl add flour, lemon juice, whole cumin, nutmeg, chopped cumin, red chilies, salt water make its batter.
  3. Now add all mixed vegetables in a flour and dip it into ready batter, deep fry it in hot oil.
  4. When it turns to golden color then take it out and serve.
