Ingredients For Anday Besan Ki Tikkya:

  • Gram flour 1/4 cup
  • Egg  3
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Tomato  1
  • Green onion  1/4 cup
  • Green coriander  1/4 cup
  • Green chilies  3-4
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder  1/2 tsp
  • Oil  4 tbsp
  • Frozen parathas  3

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add gram flour, water and beaten egg.
  2. Now add salt, chopped red chilies, tomatoes, green onion, green coriander and green chilies mix it.
  3. Then take a pan, pour oil make it like omelet.
  4. Cook it from both sides, then take it out in a plate and cut it into slices.
  5. Serve it with frozen paratha.

Ingredients For Onion Rings:

  • Onion rings  10
  • Flour  1 cup
  • Gram flour 1 tsp
  • Egg  1
  • Milk  1/2 cup
  • Red chili  1/2 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Baking soda  1/4 tsp
  • Water  as required
