Ingredients For Quick Cupcake:

  • Butter  5 oz
  • Sugar 5 oz caster
  • Eggs 2
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Flour  4 oz
  • Cocoa powder  1 tbsp
  • Baking powder  1 tsp
  • Chocolate chips  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First beat the butter and sugar.
  2. Now add egg and vanilla essence beat it well.
  3. Now add flour, baking powder, chocolate chip and fold it.
  4. Now put the mixture into cup cakes place it in oven for 180 degree C for 15 minutes.
  5. After that take out the cupcakes from oven and make it cool.
  6. When it becomes cool then do the topping of frosting.

Ingredients For Easiest Frosting:

  • Unsalted butter, softened  4 oz
  • Icing sugar, sieved 16 oz
  • Vanilla essence  1 tsp
  • Boiling water  2-3 tbsp

Method:

  1. First take a bowl add unsalted butter, icing sugar and vanilla essence beat it and saturate the icing sugar.
  2. Now pour water beat it and add frosting creamy.
  3. Before icing, keep the frosting into fridge.
