Mango Chicken And Tandoori Aloo by Chef Zakir

Ingredients For Mango Chicken:

  • Chicken breast 2
  • Mangoes  2
  • Corn flour  2 tbsp
  • Flour  2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Spring onion 1
  • Egg  1
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Honey 3 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Oil  for fry

Method:

  1. First slice the chicken breast.
  2. Then add black pepper, salt, corn flour, flour deep fry it in hot oil.
  3. When it turns to golden color then take it out.
  4. Now pour oil in a pan add garlic paste then cook it.
  5. When it is nicely cooked then add cubes of mango.
  6. Along green onion, oyster sauce, honey, salt, black pepper cook it for 2 minutes.
  7. Then fry the chicken 1 to 2 minutes more.
  8. When it becomes ready then serve it with fried rice or boiled rice.

Ingredients For Tandoori Aaloo:

  • Potatoes boiled  1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies  3
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
  • Thick yogurt 250 gm
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder  1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add yogurt, green chilies, chopped green coriander and ginger garlic paste mix them all.
  2. Then add chopped chicken, cinnamon, garam masala, turmeric, chopped red chilies, oil and salt mix it well.
  3. Now add boiled potatoes cut it into pieces put it into marination mix it well.
  4. Then fold it into aluminum foil and grill it, give it steam with coal.
  5. Then take it out from foil and serve it hot.
