Ingredients For Custard Full Puff Cream:
Puff pastry 250 gm
Rafhan mango custard 1/2 cup
Milk 1/2 liter
Sugar 1/2 cup
Cream 1 cup
Dry fruit 1/2 cup
Method:
For Making Puff Cone:
First roll out the puff pastry and put the cone into mold bake it.
Now take it out and keep it on a side.
For making custard mix it well.
Now pour milk heat it and turn on the stove.
When the milk is heated then put the remaining sugar.
When the sugar is saturated then mix the custard, when the mixture becomes thick then add cream beat it and when the mixture becomes thick then add cream beat it, custard is ready.
Now put the custard filling into custard and garnish it with dry fruits then serve.
Ingredients For Halawet Ahmed:
Vermicelli 1 packet
Condensed milk 1/2 cup
Grated coconut 1 cup
Almond paste 1/2 cup
Sugar 2 cup
Khoya 125 gm
Butter 1/2 cup
Method:
Pour water add sugar syrup and keep it on a side.
Now pour butter in a pan add vermicelli roast it.
Then add khoya mix it. Add almonds paste mix it.
When all the ingredients are mixed well then mix the syrup and fill it into mold make it cool.
When it is cooked then serve it.
