Ingredients For Cantonese Chicken:
Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Worchester sauce 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
White pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Method:
First cut the slices of chicken boneless into small pieces.
Take a pan pour oil add ginger garlic paste and fry it.
When add ginger garlic paste, when it changes to red color then add chicken cook it till its color changes to white color.
Then add chopped black pepper, chopped white pepper, salt and water cover and let it cook.
After 7 to 8 minutes add corn flour with water and make its gravy thick.
When it becomes ready then add rice then serve.
Ingredients For Hot & Spice Prawns:
Prawns 300 gm
Worchester sauce 2 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 2 tbsp
Ginger 1 piece
Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Capsicum 1
Carrot 1
Spring onion 2
Whole red chilies 6-8
Black pepper 1 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
First add prawns wash it and give it cuts.
Now pour oil add chopped ginger, garlic paste and prawns.
Along capsicum, whole red chilies, carrot, green onion mix it into pan.
Then add chopped black pepper, chopped white pepper, oyster sauce, ketchup and water cook it for 3 to 4 minutes.
Delicious hot and spicy prawns is ready.
Ingredients For Beef Fried Rice:
Beef undercut 300 gm
Rice 300 gm
Spring onion 2
Capsicum 1
Carrot 1
Garlic 4-5 cloves
Egg 2
Worchester sauce 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
White pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1/4 cup
Method:
First add rice and boil it.
Now pour oil add small piece of beef.
Then cook it till then tender and egg.
Now add green onion, capsicum, carrot and garlic cook it for 4 to 5 minutes.
Now add boiled rice, oyster sauce, chopped black pepper, chopped white pepper and salt cook it for 3 to 4 minutes.
Delicious beef fried rice is ready.
