Ingredients for Bombay Biryani:

  • Mutton 500 gm
  • Rice 750 gm
  • Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
  • Mint 10-15
  • Green chili 8-10
  • Chopped tomato 2
  • Crushed red chili 2 tsp
  • Crushed cumin 2 tsp
  • Green chili 10
  • Coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Fried onion 2
  • Potato 2
  • Whole mix spice 1 tbsp
  • Plum 10
  • Crushed nutmeg mace 1/4 tsp
  • Crushed cardamom 1/4 tsp
  • Yellow food color as required
  • Screw pine as required
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Special Cutlets:

  • Mince 500 gm
  • Green chili 6
  • Garlic 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Whole mix spice 1 tbsp
  • Potato 1
  • Eggs 2
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Coriander as required
  • Green chili 4

Ingredients for Ginger Bread:

  • Flour 1250 gm
  • Cracked wheat 125 gm
  • Brown sugar 125 gm
  • Ginger powder 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • White butter 150 gm
  • Orange peel 40 gm
  • Golden syrup 1 tbsp
  • Black trickle 1 tbsp

For Topping:

  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Oats 4 tbsp
  • Ginger powder 1 tsp
  • Brown sugar 4 tbsp
