Ingredients for Banana Chartreuse:

• Lemon jello 135 gm
• Lukewarm water 300 ml
• Banana 3-4
• Lemon juice 1/2 lemon
• Pistachio as required
• Gelatin 3 tsp
• Orange juice 4 tbsp
• Cream 250 ml
• Sugar 1 cup
  

Ingredients for Easy Beef Cutlet:

• Beef undercut 8 oz
• Salt 1 tsp
• White pepper 1 tsp
• Mustard powder 1 tsp
• Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
• Maida 8 tbsp
• Egg 1
• Bread crumbs as required
  
• Onion seeds 1 pinch
  

Ingredients for Mushroom Sauce:

• Stock 1-1/2 cup
• Flour 2 tbsp
• Butter 2 tbsp
• Cooking oil 2 tbsp
• Onion 2 tbsp
• Cream 4 tbsp
• Salt 1/4 tsp
• Crushed black pepper 1/4 tsp
• Mustard 1/4 tsp
• Mushroom 1/4 cup
• Onion seed 1 pinch
