Ingredients For Beef Steak:
Beef undercut 1/2 kg
Onion 1
Lemon 1
Button mushroom 1/2 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
French mustard 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
Worcester sauce 2 tbsp
Flour 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
First give the beef undercut shape of steak.
Then take a bowl add ginger garlic paste, black pepper, salt, lemon juice, french mustard and oil ready the mixture.
When the mixture becomes thick then add wooster sauce mix it.
Now marinate the beef steak in mixture.
Now fry or grill it for an hour.
When the grill is tendered then take it out in a plate.
Now pour oil in a pan add chopped onions.
When the onions becomes red then pour water and flour make it thick.
Add button mushroom and steak then serve.
Ingredients For Aloo Zeera Rice:
Potatoes 1/2 kg
Peas boiled 1/2 cup
Rice 1/2 kg
Garlic 2 cloves
Ginger 1 piece
Green chilies 6
Ghee 1/2 cup
Dry Plum 100 gm
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Mix whole spices as required
Water as required
Muslin cloth as required
Salt to taste
Method:
First take a muslin cloth then add cumin and chopped coriander make its bag.
Now take a pan, add ghee, chopped ginger, garlic cloves make it red.
Then add green chilies, chopped coriander and garam masala mix it well.
Now take a water and add chopped potatoes, cover and let it cook.
When the potatoes are tendered then remove its cover and add rice and salt.
When the rice rises then add peas mix it and add dry plum spread it on its top then simmer it.
Serve it after 8 to 10 minutes.
Ingredients For Adrak Chicken:
Chicken 1/2 kg
Yogurt 125 gm
Onion 1
Green chilies 4
Ginger 1 piece
Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
Water 1/2 cup
All spice powder
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
