Ingredients for Delhi Style Gosht:

  • Mutton 1 kg
  • Potato 3/4 kg
  • Onion 1 cup
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Degi mirch powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tbsp
  • Clove 5-6
  • Green cardamom 6-8
  • Kewra water 1 tbsp
  • Nutmeg mace powder 1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 3/4 cup
  • Black cardamom 1 tsp
  • Ginger 2 tbsp
  • Green coriander for sprinkle
  • Naan for serving
  • Sheermal for serving

Ingredients for Bread & Butter Pudding:

  • Bread slice 10-12
  • Unsalted butter 1/2 cup
  • Raisins 1/4 cup
  • Dates 1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon 1 tsp
  • Egg 6
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
  • Milk 3 cup
