Ingredients For Aloo Kay Koftay:
Carrot 1
Capsicum 1
Egg 2
Potatoes 3
Green chilies 2-3
Button mushroom 4-6
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Parsley 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
White pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Oil for fry
Salt to taste
Method:
First add boiled potatoes.
Now add carrot, capsicum, parsley and green chilies and chopped potatoes.
Then add salt, chopped black pepper and chopped white pepper mix it.
Now add potato mixture make small rolls dip it into egg.
Then add bread crumbs pour oil in a pan.
Take it out when it turns to golden color then serve.
Ingredients For Hara Chicken Tikka:
Chicken 1 whole
Green chilies 10
Thick yogurt 125 gm
Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
Oil 1/4 cup
All spice powder 1 tsp
Crushed cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Papaya paste 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Charcoal as required
Method:
First cut the chicken into 4 pieces and give it cuts to chicken.
Now add green chilies, green coriander, mint, papaya paste, yogurt, mix it well.
Along ginger garlic paste.
When it is chopped then take it out in a bowl.
Add chopped garam masala, cumin and salt marinate the chicken.
Now put the chicken pieces in skewers give it steam on coal then serve it hot.
Ingredients For White Maash ki Daal:
White lentils 250 gm
Tomato boiled 1
Onion 1
Green chilies 4-5
Ginger 1 piece
Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
Oil 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
First add white lentils, boil it and keep it on side.
Keep it on a side when it remains to 1/4.
Now pour oil add onion make it golden brown, then take it out and keep it on a side.
Now pour oil add boiled lentils, green chilies, tomatoes, cumin and salt mix it, then add simmer it for 6 to 7 minutes.
Remove it cover add piece of ginger, green coriander sprinkle it make it brown then serve.
