Ingredients For Pot Roast:
Chicken 1 kg
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Mustard powder 1 tsp
Oil 1/4 cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Onion chopped 1/2 cup
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Wooster sauce 1 tbsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Mixed herbs 1 tsp
Yellow color 1 pinch
Fries to serve
Mixed vegetables boiled to serve
Method:
Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, mustard powder, mixed herbs, butter, chopped onions, vinegar, chili sauce, garlic sauce, ketchup, soya sauce, wooster sauce, chopped red chilies and pinch of yellow color.
Now pour oil add marinated chicken fry it for 10 minutes.
Then add marination cover it, until the chicken tenders.
Serve it with fries and vegetables.
Ingredients For Potato Noodles Puff:
Flour 1/2 cup
Boiled and mashed potatoes 1/2 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Butter 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Eggs 2
Boiled noodles 1 packet
Oil for frying
Method:
Pour water in a saucepan heat it, until it becomes boil.
Now add flour, mix it and remove it from stove.
Then add boiled and raw potatoes, salt, black pepper, chopped red chilies, green coriander, egg and boiled noodles mix it well.
Ingredients For Apple Pie Parcel:
Samosa pati 2 dozen
Filling:
Apples peeled and grated 2 cup
Granulated sugar 4 tbsp
Flour 1 tbsp
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
Butter 1 tsp
Flour paste as required
Method:
For filling: take a pan, add grated apple, sugar, flour, cinnamon and butter mix it well.
Now fill the samosa with mixture fry it, bake it for 20 minutes on 190 degree C
