Ingredients for Chicken Chawal Bara:

• Chicken 1
• Garlic 1 tbsp
• Black pepper 1 tbsp
• Lemon juice 4 tbsp
• Oil 4 tbsp
• Rice 750 gm
• Chicken stock 3-4 cup
• Chicken cubes 2
• Whole mix spice 1 tbsp
• Cumin 1 tbsp
• Bay leaf 2-3
• Onion 1/2 cup
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Oil 3/4 cup
• Mix nuts 1/4 cup
• Egg 6
• Red hot sauce for serving
  

Ingredients for Ice Tea:

• Apple juice 1 cup
• Tea water 1 cup
• Honey 1 tbsp
• Lemon juice 1 tbsp
• Ice as required
• Lemon slice for garnish
• Mint leaves for garnish
