Ingredients For Bombay Chicken:

  • Boneless chicken  1 kg
  • Butter  100 grams
  • Chopped coriander  1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Chopped cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic  1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder  1 tsp
  • Finely chopped onion 2
  • Curry leaves 10
  • Curran 1 tbsp
  • Tamarind juice 1/2 cup
  • Oil  4 tbsp
  • Green coriander  1/2 bunch
  • Green chili/ green coriander  as required

Method:

  1. First make the pieces of chicken.
  2. Now add butter heat the chicken fry them and take it out.
  3. Then add chopped coriander, chopped red chilies, turmeric, salt, chopped cumin, ginger garlic and curry leaves, along chicken cover and let it cook.
  4. When the chicken tenders then add chopped black pepper and green coriander simmer it for 5 minutes. then serve it with green chilies and green coriander.

Ingredients For Lauki Aur Aloo Ki Bhujia:

  • Potato 1/2 kg
  • Bottle gourd 1/2 kg
  • Fennel seeds  1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds  1 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder  1 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato 1/2 kg
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Green chili/ green coriander  as required

Method:

  1. First add bottle gourd and potato cubes.
  2. Now pour oil add potatoes for frying then take it out.
  3. Then pour oil add fennel seeds and cumin. When it starts to smell then add red chilies, salt and tomatoes.
  4. After that add fried potatoes, bottle gourd simmer it for 10 minutes.
  5. Add green chilies and green coriander then serve.
