Ingredients For Mirchoon Ka Salan:

  • Green chilies 1/2 kg
  • Curry leaves  1
  • Tamarind paste 1 cup
  • Mustard oil  1 cup
  • Onion paste  3
  • Peanuts  6-7
  • Coconut  1 small piece
  • Nigella seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • White cumin 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds  2 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds  2 tbsp
  • Salt

For Bhagar:

  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Whole red chili  6
  • Fenugreek seeds  few
  • Curry leaves  few

Method:

  1. First take a pan, add coriander, white cumin, raisins, white sesame seeds, dry coconut and peanuts roast it well and chop it.
  2. Now take a pan, pour olive oil add green chilies fry them and take it out.
  3. Then add fenugreek seeds, cumin, red chilies and curry leaves make it brown.
  4. After that add onions make it brown.
  5. Now add turmeric, ginger garlic paste roast it lightly, green chilies, chopped masala, curry leaves, salt and tamarind juice cook it on low temperature, when it is tendered then add into salaan add kalonji simmer it well.
  6. After that serve it hot.

Ingredients For Achaari Bhindi:

  • Ladyfingers 1/2 kg
  • Oil  1 cup
  • Chopped onions  2
  • Green chilies  4
  • Chopped tomatoes 3
  • Curry leaves  few
  • Fenugreek seeds  6-7
  • Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin  1 tsp
  • Nigella seeds  1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First wash the lady finger give it cuts.
  2. Now take a pan, pour oil and fenugreek leaves.
  3. When it starts to smell then add onion make it brown.
  4. Now add chopped tomatoes.
  5. When the tomatoes water dries then add lady finger and chopped red chilies, kalonji, fennel seeds, white cumin, green chilies roast it lightly.
  6. Then add tamarind juice, and few curry leaves simmer it for 5 minutes turn off the stove.
  7. While serving add salt, heat it again and serve it with chapatti.

Ingredients For Tomato Chili Rice:

  • Rice 2 cups
  • Chopped tomatoes 3
  • Chopped Garlic  4 cloves
  • Green chilies  4
  • Red chilies  1 tsp
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Soya sauce  1 tbsp
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Oil  4 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First wash the rice and keep it in water.
  2. Now change its water and add some salt and white vinegar boil it 2/4 th.
  3. Now pour oil add garlic cloves make it golden brown.
  4. After that add tomatoes dry its water.
  5. Then add whole red chilies, chopped green chilies, soya sauce roast it lightly add rice.
  6. Now add rice mix it well and add chopped black pepper serve it hot.
