Ingredients For Traditional Macaroni With Cheese:

  • Boiled macaroni  1/2 packet
  • Cheddar cheese 1/2 packet
  • Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
  • Boiled potato  1/2 kg
  • Black pepper  1-1/2 tsp
  • Butter  50 grams
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Milk  1/2 cup
  • Carrot  1 cup
  • Green peas 1 cup
  • Tomato ketchup 1 cup
  • Oil  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First boil the potatoes, black pepper, salt and butter mix it well.
  2. Now pour oil add boiled macaroni, carrot, boiled black pepper, salt mix it well.
  3. Then put the macaroni in a oven proof dish, peas, milk and tomato ketchup on its top.
  4. Spread the potato layer on its top.
  5. Add mozarella cheese and cheddar cheese bake it for 180 degree C.

Ingredients For Savoury Potatoes:

  • Potatoes  1/2 kg
  • Water  1 cup
  • Milk  1 cup
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Boiled egg 2
  • Grated cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
  • Parsley  2 tbsp
  • Chopped red chili 1/2 tsp
  • Cream  1/2 cup
  • Butter 50 gm

Method:

  1. First boil the potatoes cut it into small piece.
  2. Now pour water, salt and black pepper keep it on low temperature.
  3. When it is tendered then turn off the stove.
  4. After that take it out add cream and boiled egg.
  5. Then add grated cheddar cheese and chopped red chilies bake it for 10 minutes.
  6. Take it out in a dish and add parsley then serve.
