Fried Vegetable Bhujia, Piyaz Wali Chanp And Beef Steam Kabab by Chef Zakir

Ingredients For Piyaz Wali Chanp:

  • Mutton chops 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Onion  2
  • Green chilies  4-5
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
  • Oil  1/4 cup
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder  1/2 tbsp
  • Crushed cumin seeds  1/2 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper  2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First pour oil add ginger garlic paste cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Then add mutton chops, tomatoes, onion, green coriander and green chilies cook it for 10 minutes.
  3. Now add turmeric, salt, chopped cumin, crushed cumin  dry its water cover and let it cook on low temperature.
  4. Remove its cover after 15 to 20 minutes then keep its temperature high.
  5. Delicious piyaz wali chanp is ready.

Ingredients For Beef Steam Kabab:

  • Mince  375 gm
  • Onion  1
  • Carrot  1 medium
  • Green chilies  7
  • Garlic  4 cloves
  • Ginger  1 piece
  • Crushed red pepper  1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Flour  4 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. Take a pan add mince, onion and carrot, chop it well.
  2. Then add green chilies, garlic, ginger, chopped red chilies, garam masala, chopped black pepper and salt chop it well.
  3. When they are mixed well then add flour chop it for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Then take it out make its look like kabab and put it into steamer for 10 to 12 minutes.
  5. Delicious beef steam kabab is ready.

Ingredients For Fried Vegetable Bhujia:

  • Bottle gourd  300 gm
  • Ridge gourd  300 gm
  • Ladyfinger  300 gm
  • Onion 2
  • Tomatoes  2
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Oil  1/4 cup
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper  1 tbsp
  • Crushed coriander  1 tbsp
  • Crushed cumin seeds  1 tbsp
  • Chili powder  1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric  1/2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Oil  for fry
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First take a bottle gourd, ridge gourd, lady finger cut it round.
  2. Now pour oil add vegetables for frying and keep it on a side.
  3. Now pour oil add chopped onions cook it for 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Then add tomatoes, green chilies, green coriander, ginger garlic paste, ginger, dry fenugreek seeds, chopped red chilies, chopped red chilies, turmeric, chopped coriander and salt roast it well.
  5. When the masala is roasted then add vegetables fry it well.
  6. Now keep its temperature on low cover and let it cook, remove its cover after 6 to 8 minutes then serve it hot.
