• Vanilla essence  few drops
• Fruit cocktail 1 small can
• Sugar  2 tbsp
• Sugar powder  4 tbsp
  
• Vanilla custard  as required

• Chicken fillet  3
  
• Fresh cream  1 packet
  
• Black pepper  1 tsp
  
• Chopped garlic  8 cloves
  
• Chicken stock 2 cup
  
• Flour  1 tbsp
  
• Salt  to taste
• Corn flour  2 tbsp
  
• Chopped walnut  1/2 cup
  
• Lemon juice  2 tbsp
  

For Stock:

• Chicken bones  3
  
• Garlic  3 cloves
  
• Black pepper 4
  
• Salt  to taste
