Chicken Doughnuts, Spaghetti Bolognese And Tropical Delight by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients for Chicken Doughnuts:

• Chicken mince 1/2 kg
• Mashed potato 2
• Eggs 3
• White flour 1 cup
• Green chilies 5-6
• Bread crumbs 1 cup
• Baking powder 1/2 tsp
• Crushed cumin 1 tbsp
• Gram flour 1 tbsp
• Red chili powder 1 tbsp
• Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
• Mint 1 bunch
• Oil for deep fry
• Salt to taste

For Garnish:

• Salad leaves 3-4
• Cucumber 1-2
• Tomato 1-2
  

Ingredients for Spaghetti Bolognese:

• Boneless chicken 300 gm
• Chopped chicken 1
• Tomato paste 2-3 tbsp
• Red wine vinegar 1 cup
• Chopped garlic 8-10 cloves
• Chopped tomato 2-3
• Fresh thyme 3-4 leaves
• Curry leaves 3-4
• Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
• Olive oil 1/2 cup
• Salt to taste

For Spaghetti:

• Spaghetti 1/2 packet
• Oil 3-4 tbsp
• Salt to taste
  

Ingredients for Tropical Delight:

• Pineapple juice 1 cup
• Orange juice 1 cup
• Lemon juice 1 cup
• White soda drink 1 cup
• Sugar syrup 3-4 tbsp
• Ice cubes as required
• Mint leaves for garnish
