Ingredients for Chicken Corn Rice:

  • Chicken 300 gm
  • Rice 300 gm
  • Corn 1/2 cup
  • Egg 2
  • Spring onion chopped 2
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Worcester sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Murgh Kaleji Bhuna:

  • Chicken liver 1/2 kg
  • Onion 2
  • Tomato 2
  • Green chilies 4
  • Yogurt 125 gm
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Keema Aloo Matar:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Potatoes 2
  • Onion 2
  • Green chilies 6
  • Peas boiled 1 cup
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
