Ingredients For Italian Stuffed Balls:

For Making Dough:

  • Flour  1 1/2 cup
  • Dough  1 tsp
  • Butter  50 gm
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Baking soda  1/4 tsp
  • Egg  1
  • Oil
  • Milk for kneading

For Filling:

  • Chicken boiled mince  250 gm
  • Finely chopped capsicum  2 tbsp
  • Finely chopped onion  2 tbsp
  • Cut pieces of olives  6
  • Chopped tomatoes  1
  • Tomato ketchup  1/2 cup
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Oregano  1/2 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese  1/2 cup
  • Oil  for frying

Method:

  1. For making dough: Add flour, yeast, butter, salt, soda, egg and milk knead it well and leave it for an hour.
  2. For filling: Add boiled mince, chopped capsicum, chopped onion, olives, tomatoes, chopped red chilies, tomato ketchup, salt, cheddar cheese and oregano mix it.
  3. Now knead it and make the thick roti and cut it with biscuit cutter.
  4. Now then fill every piece with mince, and make its balls fry it.
  5. When it rises then pour oil make it golden brown.

Ingredients For New York Coleslaw:

  • Cabbage 1 cup
  • Mayonnaise  1 cup
  • Carrot  1/2 cup
  • Boiled potato  1
  • Finely chopped capsicum 1
  • Chopped onion  1
  • Chopped olives  6
  • Green coriander  as required
  • Sugar  1 tsp
  • Vinegar  1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Currant  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First take a pan add cabbage, carrot, boiled potato, capsicum, onion, olives then mix it.
  2. Now add sugar, mayonnaise, black pepper, salt, vinegar, raisins and green coriander mix it.
