Ingredients For Cone Pizza:
For Dough:
White flour 1/2 kg
Egg 1
Butter 2 tbsp
Dry milk 2 tbsp
Margarine as required
Salt to taste
For chicken
Boneless chicken 200 gm
BBQ masala 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
For Topping:
Sliced capsicum 1
Sliced tomato 1
Sliced mushroom 1/2 cup
Black olives 1/2 cup
Pizza sauce 1/2 cup
Mozzarella cheese 300 gm
Method:
Take a mixing bowl add bbq masala, garlic paste, lemon juice, chopped red chilies and salt mix it well.
Then paste it on chicken nicely.
Now pour oil in a pan, add boneless chicken fry it well so that its color changes.
Now remove it from stove.
So that chicken becomes ready.
For making margarinepastry: Take a flour, butter, egg, dry milk, salt with water knead it and make its portions.
Now paste margarine place another roti on it, then make another layer, then cut it with help of cutter.
For making filling: Add capsicum, chopped tomato slices, chopped mushroom slices, olives, pizza sauce and grated mozzarella cheese mix it well.
Now for making dough, do fillings and give it shape of cone.
Bake it in oven on 200 degree C for 10 to 15 minutes.
Take it out then serve it hot.
Ingredients For Different Flavor Pizza Bites:
Pizza Topping:
Pizza dough 250 gm
Boneless fish 250 gm
Prawns 250 gm
Eggs 1 to 2
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
All spice powder 1/2 tsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Food color 1 pinch
Pizza sauce 1 cup
Chili pickle 1 cup
Cucumber pickle 1 cup
Mushrooms 1/2 cup
Tomato 2
Green chilies 5 to 6
Capsicum 2
Jalapeno pepper 4 to 5
Sliced olives 1/2 cup
Grated mozzarella 400 gm
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Butter 3 to 4 tbsp
Oil for fry
Salt to taste
Method:
For making fish and prawns: Take a mixing bowl add egg white, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, chopped red chilies, chopped turmeric, chopped garam masala, pinch of yellow color, salt mix it and make its batter.
Now add fish, prawns, batter, marinate it and leave it for half an hour.
Then pour oil add fish and prawns for frying, place tissue paper take it out so that all oil is absorbs.
For topping: Place butter for greasing.
Take a pizza dough and make small portions set it in oven tray.
Now put all the pizza sauce and then put the fried fish and put prawns on another.
Add mushroom, chili pickel, cucumber.
On 3rd dough add tomatoes, green chilies, capsicum, jalapeno paper, do its topping then put the grated mozzarella cheese set it well.
Add oregano and olives on its top.
Now place it in oven on 200 degree C for 18 to 20 minutes then take it out and then serve.
