Ingredients For Oven Roast Chicken:

  • Chicken with skin 1 whole
  • Onion 1
  • Spring onion 1
  • Lemon  2
  • Oil  1/4 cup
  • Ginger  1 piece
  • Garlic  3-4 cloves
  • Cinnamon powder  1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper powder  1/4 tsp
  • White pepper powder  1/4 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  2 tbsp
  • Worcester sauce  4 tbsp
  • Aluminum foil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add worcester sauce, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, chopped cinnamon, chopped black pepper, chopped white pepper and salt make its batter.
  2. Now marinate the chicken from inside and outside.
  3. Then add green onion, ginger, onion, garlic, chopped chicken fill it inside.
  4. Now add oil on chicken, cover it with aluminum foil bake it on 180 degree C for 40 to 45 minutes.
  5. Then take it out from oven then cover it and serve.

Ingredients For Kabab Roll:

  • Mince  375 gm
  • Onion  2
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
  • Mayonnaise  1/2 cup
  • Ginger  1 piece
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Oil  1/2 cup

For Paratha:

  • Flour  1/2 kg
  • Milk  1/2 cup
  • Water a little
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First add mince, onion, ginger, green chilies, green coriander, garam masala and salt chop it well.
  2. Now take a bowl add salt, oil, milk and water knead it.
  3. Keep it in mind make its dough not too much hard or soft.
  4. Then make small portions make round, roll it and fry.
  5. When all paratha becomes ready then make small kababs shallow fry it and cover.
  6. Remove its cover for 6 to 8 minutes and place 1 or 2 kababs on it.
  7. After that add mayonnaise and onion spread it well.
  8. Roll the paratha then serve.
