ingredients For Gul Rang:

  • Khoya  250 grams
  • Flour  4 tbsp
  • Egg  half
  • Chopped cardamom  1/4 tsp
  • Baking powder  1/4 tsp
  • Sugar syrup  2 cups
  • Fresh milk  2 liters
  • Sugar  1-1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence  1/2 tsp
  • Dry fruit mix  1/2 cup
  • Khoya  250 gm
  • Green jelly  1 packet
  • Cream  1 packet
  • Rose petals  1 cup
  • Asharafiyan  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First take a khoya, flour, egg, chopped cardamom, baking powder mix it well and make small balls.
  2. Now pour oil fry it on low temperature.
  3. When it becomes golden brown then dip it into syrup.
  4. For making rung ras: Leave it to cook.
  5. Now add sugar, dry fruit mix and add khoya let it cook, so that it remains to half.
  6. Then make it cool, add green jelly make it cool and make balls.
  7. Together put asharfiyan and rose petals make it cool then serve.

Ingredients For Kabab With Shimla Mirch:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Egg 1
  • Chopped onion  2
  • Chopped garlic  6
  • Bread crumbs  1 cup
  • Green coriander  1/2 bunch
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Crushed cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Paprika powder  2 tsp
  • Lemon juice  2 tbsp
  • Oil  as required

For Vegetables Saute:

  • Carrot  2
  • Julienne Capsicum 6
  • Butter  50 grams
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. First add mince, egg, chopped garlic, bread crumbs, green coriander, black pepper, tomato ketchup, turmeric, chopped cumin, paprika powder and lemon juice mix it well.
  2. Now make its kabab.
  3. Then pour oil add kababs for frying then take it out.
  4. For sauting vegetables: Add black pepper, salt for frying and make kababs then serve.
