Ingredients For Thai Red Curry Kabab:

  • Boneless chicken  1/2 kg
  • Thai red curry paste 2 tbsp
  • Coconut milk 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum 1
  • Onion  1

Method:

  1. First add chicken cubes, thai red curry paste and coconut milk for marination on 30 minutes.
  2. Now add capsicum cubes, chopped onion cubes, fry it.
  3. Then put it on rice, garnish it with green coriander and mint, then serve.

Ingredients For Nawabi Korma:

  • Mutton  1/2 kg
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Tomatoes  2
  • Allspice  1 tsp
  • Fenugreek leaves 1
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Onion Chopped  1 cup
  • Cream  2 tbsp

To be ground into a paste:

  • Green chilies  15
  • Handful of coriander leaves handful
  • Ginger garlic paste 3 tsp
  • Poppy seeds 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Chili powder  1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Cashew nuts  10
  • Coconut milk  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Take a pan pour oil add onions for frying, until it becomes brown.
  2. Now add chopped masala, fry it for 5 minutes.
  3. Then add chopped tomatoes for frying.
  4. After that add yogurt, boiled mutton, salt cover and let it cook, until the oil starts to comes up.
  5. In the end add cream, garam masala, green coriander for garnish then serve.

Ingredients For Tandoori Keema Paratha:

  • Flour  1 cup
  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp

For Mince:

  • Mince 250 gm
  • Onion  1
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander  1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • All spice  1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies chopped  2
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
  • Kasori methi  1 tsp
  • Butter  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. For making dough: Filter the salt and flour pour ghee and water knead it. now leave it for 30 minutes then keep it on a side.
  2. For filling pour oil add chopped onions fry it, until it becomes golden brown.
  3. Now add mince, ginger, salt, coriander, chopped red chilies and garam masala cover and let it cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Then add green chilies, green coriander fry it and take it.
  5. Now divide the pieces equally make its balls.
  6. Then roll it and press every ball and paste ghee, do the filling of mince.
  7. Now give it cut in its center fold it like cone.
  8. Then press it and fry it with ghee and bake it on 180 degree C for 20 minutes.

Ingredients For Coconut Macrons:

  • Egg white  100 gm
  • Desiccated coconut 100 gm
  • Sugar  200 gm
  • Pink color  few drops
  • Vanilla essence  few drops

Method:

  1. Take a sauce pan, add egg white, sugar, chopped coconut, few drops of vanilla essence and few drops of red color, cook it on low temperature, stir it continuously.
  2. Then grease the oven tray sprinkle flour, add macron with help of cookie scoop.
  3. First keep the oven to 150 degree C bake it for 20 minutes.
