Ingredients for Mexican Chicken Biryani:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Boiled rice 1/2 kg
  • Kidney beans 1 cup
  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • Fresh red chili 4
  • Boiled tomatoes 6
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Fried cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Green coriander 2 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Ingredients for Nargasi Daal:

  • Boiled yellow lentils 250 gm
  • Potato 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Eggplant 1
  • Tomato 2
  • Green chilies 4
  • Boiled egg 4
  • Curry leaves 6
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Stock 2 cups
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Green coriander as required

Ingredients for Falooda Rabri Shake:

  • Falooda seviyan 1 cup
  • Milk 1/2 liter
  • Ready red jelly 1 packet
  • Ice 1 cup
  • Rabri 1 cup
  • Condensed milk 1 cup
  • Tukh malanga 1 tsp
