• Caster sugar 1-3/4 cup
• Water 1/2 cup
• Flour 1-2/3 cup
• Baking soda 1 tsp
• Salt 1/4 tsp
• Butter 1/2 cup
• Eggs 3
• Milk 3/4 cup
• Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  

Ingredients for Chocolate Terrine:

• Cream cheese 500 gm
• Caster sugar 1/4 cup
• Coffee 2 tsp
• Boiling water 1/4 cup
• Gelatin 2 tbsp
• Hot water 1/4 cup
• Cream whipped 300 ml
• Dark chocolate 150 gm
• Milk chocolate 150 gm
• White chocolate 150 gm
• Drinking chocolate to garnish

• Chocolate cookies 2 cup
• Cream cheese 8 oz
• Icing sugar 2/3 cup
• Peanut butter 1/4 cup
• Cream 1 cup
