Ingredients For Gosht Saag Wala:
Mutton 1/2 kg
Brown onion 1/2 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Chili garlic 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 1/2 tsp
Kasori Methi 2 tsp
Spinach 1/2 kg
Green chilies 6
Tomato 1
Fenugreek Leaves 2
Milk 1/2 cup
Yogurt 1 cup
Method:
First wash the spinach.
Now add green chilies, tomatoes and fenugreek seeds blend it well.
Then pour oil add onions, ginger garlic paste, chopped red chilies, turmeric, salt, coriander, salt and mutton fry it for 10 minutes.
Now add yogurt fry it well.
After that pour water cover and let it cook, until the mutton tenders.
Now add the blended spinach mixture cover and let it cook, until oil starts to comes up.
Pour milk and fenugreek seeds fry it and take it out.
Ingredients For Shahi Matar Pulao:
Rice 1/2 kg
Brown onion 1/2 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
Black pepper 10
Cloves 6
Cinnamon 1
Green cardamom 2
Black cardamom 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Peas boiled 1 cup
Boiled eggs 2 for garnish
Cashew nut fruits 12 for garnish
Method:
Pour oil add black pepper, cloves, cinnamon, green cardamom, black cardamom, ginger garlic paste and water.
Along salt, chopped red chilies, beaten yogurt and boiled peas, fry it well.
Then add rice, with water, cover and let it cook so that it becomes ready.
Now simmer it for 10 minutes, serve it add boiled eggs and fried cloves for garnish.
Ingredients For Brownie Fudge Ice Cream:
Evaporated milk chilled 1 can
Condensed milk 3/4 can
Cream whipped 400 grams
Chocolate sauce 1/2 cup
Chocolate essence 1/2 tsp
Brownie 2 pieces
Method:
Beat the evaporated milk, until it becomes double.
Now add condensed milk, beaten cream, chocolate essence and chocolate sauce fold it well.
Then put it into airtight condensed jar for 4 hours, until it becomes set.
Now take it out and add brownies fold it, until it becomes set.
Ingredients For Baked Chicken & Corn:
Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
Salt 1 tsp
White pepper 1/2 tsp
Mustard 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Flour 2 ounce
Butter 3 ounce
Milk 1 1/2 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Sweet corn 1 cup
Cheddar cheese grated 4 tbsp
Egg 1 beaten
Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
First pour oil add chicken fry it for 5 minutes.
Now add flour, butter, salt, white pepper, mustard seeds and black pepper cook it for 5 minutes.
Then add milk and water, let it simmer , make it thick.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese.
Add beated egg for 15 to 20 minutes bake it for 180 degree C serve it hot.
