Ingredients For Chatkheli Daal:

  • Split red lentil 1 cup
  • Onion 1/4 cup
  • Tomato 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Tara garam masala 1 tsp
  • Onion seed  1 tsp
  • Fennel seed 1/4 tsp
  • Vinegar  1 tbsp
  • Water  2-1/2 cup

For Tarka:

  • Garlic 2 tsp
  • Whole cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Round red chili 4-5
  • Oil 1/4 cup

Garnish Ingredients:

  • Green coriander  2 tbsp
  • Green chilies  2-3

Ingredients For Aloo Kulcha:

For Dough:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Curd 2 tbsp
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Warm water  for dough

Stuffing Ingredients:

  • Mashed potatoes 2-3
  • Onion 1/4 cup
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Green coriander 1/4 cup
  • Green chilies  2-3
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Onion seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil  2 tbsp

Ingredients For Onion Chutney:

  • Onion 1 cup
  • Green coriander 1/4 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Garlic  1 clove
  • Green chili  3-4
  • Tamarind pulp  1/4 cup
