Buffalo Chicken Bites, Chocolate Vanilla Cookies, Special Korma And Honey Mustard Dip by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients For Chocolate Vanilla Cookies:

  • Butter 4 ounces
  • Caster sugar 4 ounces
  • Egg yolk 1
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Flour  8 ounce
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Milk  2 tbsp
  • Coco powder  1 tbsp
  • Egg white  for brushing

Method:

  1. First add flour, baking powder filter it and keep it on a side.
  2. Now add beaten butter, along caster sugar.
  3. Then add vanilla essence and egg yolk.
  4. Now add beaten flour fold it and pour milk knead it well.
  5. Then make its 2 pieces add cocoa powder and milk and cool it for 30 minutes.
  6. Now roll out both pieces and bake it for 12-15 minutes on 180 degree C.

Ingredients For Special Korma:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Brown onion  4 tbsp
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
  • Almonds 10
  • Poppy seeds 1 tsp
  • Saffron  1/4 tsp
  • Ginger garlic  1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder  2 tsp
  • Allspice  1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1/4 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves  10 to 12
  • Whole green chilies 4
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon 1 piece
  • Green cardamom   4

Method:

  1. First mix the chopped coconut, chopped coriander, chopped red chilies, garam masala, turmeric, almonds, raisins and ginger garlic mix it well.
  2. Pour oil add ginger, sugar and green cardamom. Along mutton fry it well.
  3. Then add yogurt with masala and fry it well.
  4. After that pour water cover and let it leave on simmer.
  5. Then pour oil and chopped onion, green coriander, mint leaves, saffron.
  6. When oil starts to comes up then take it out.

Ingredients For Buffalo Chicken Bites:

  • Boneless chicken  1/2 kg
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Paprika 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder 1/2 tsp

For Sauce:

  • Butter  2 ounce
  • Hot sauce 1/4 cup
  • Garlic powder  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. For making sauce take a sauce pan, add butter, hot sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, sugar and ketchup cook it for 5 minutes.
  2. Now add baking powder, melt it leave it for 15 minutes.
  3. Take another bowl add flour, paprika, salt and chopped red chilies mix it and add chicken coat it well.
  4. Now place it in fridge for 30 minutes.

Ingredients For Honey Mustard Dip:

  • Mustard paste  1 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise  2 tbsp
  • Honey  1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Black pepper  1 pinch

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add mustard paste, mayonnaise, honey, salt and black pepper mix it well.
  2. Honey mustard dip is ready.

  • thanx seemva for ur recommendation..i tried this special Qorma..i omitted khaskhaash instead of dis i used extra almonds..n i didn,t used hara masala..instead of hara masala i add jaifal jawitri n illaichi powder n a tbsp of Qewra water.Highly recommended dis recipe..very tasty n Jhatpat recipe..i cooked in the pressure cooker...Must try in dawat menu,., jazak Allah,,

  • Special korma recipe is very good. I however made it with 1 kg chicken. I marinated chicken with meat tenderizer and 1 tsp ginger garlic for 2 hours.Saffron is a must for this recipe. Plz try. jazak allah.
