Til Wali Murghi, Dhokari And Fruit Pasta Pudding by Chef Zakir

Ingredients For Fruit Pasta Pudding:

  • Fruit cocktail 1 tin
  • Nutmeg ground  1/4 tsp
  • Walnut chopped  50 gm
  • Pasta boiled 1/2 packet
  • Butter  50 gm
  • Sour cream  100 gm
  • Cottage cheese  1 packet
  • Egg 2
  • Sugar Syrup 1/2 cup
  • Brown sugar  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First grease the oven proof dish with butter spread the fruit cocktail.
  2. Then add nutmeg mace and chopped walnuts.
  3. Take a bowl add boiled pistachio, chopped butter, cream, cottage cheese, egg and sugar syrup.
  4. Now bake it in oven for 20 - 25 minutes for 180 degree C.
  5. When it turns to golden color then take it out and serve it hot.

Ingredients For Dhokari:

  • Semolina 125 gm
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Turmeric 2 tsp
  • Green chilies 8
  • Soda Bi carb 2 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves  few
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Button red chilies 5-6
  • Oil  1/4 cup
  • Coriander leaves a few

For Sauce:

  • Ketchup 6 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 6 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Desiccated coconut 3 tbsp
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves few
  • Cumin seeds  1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. First beat the yogurt nicely.
  2. Then add turmeric, salt, green chilies and soda bi carb beat it well.
  3. Now add semolina beat it more for 10 minutes.
  4. Now add salt keep it on a side.
  5. Then make it crispy add mixture.
  6. Put red chilies, green coriander on aluminum foil for covering and put it on steamer.
  7. Then make small pieces for 25 to 30 minutes take it out from steamer.
  8. Now pour oil, few curry leaves, cumin, mustard seeds and whole red pepper make it crispy.
  9. Now pour oil heat it.
  10. Then add ginger garlic paste for roasting, now add mustard seeds, cumin and curry leaves roast it more.
  11. Then add ketchup and chili garlic sauce mix it.
  12. Add chopped coconut mix it well and serve it with dhokari.

Ingredients For Til Wali Murghi:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chinese salt 1 tsp
  • Hung curd 125 gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Egg 1 
  • Oil for fry

For Batter:

  • Flour  250 gm
  • Sesame seeds  50 gm
  • Baking powder  1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder  1 tbsp
