Ingredients For Pickles Veggie Prawns:
Prawns 1/2 kg
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Pickle 1 cup
Chopped tomato 3 to 4
Onion 1
Sliced capsicum 1
Sliced carrot 1 to 2
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Chicken cube 1
Corn flour 2 to 3 tbsp
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
Green onion 2 to 3 sticks
Chinese salt 1/3 tsp
Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
First add prawns add salt and corn flour fry it and take it out.
Then pour oil add onions for frying and add garlic paste roast it well.
Now add tomatoes roast it, then add capsicum, carrot, chopped black pepper, vinegar, soya sauce, chinese salt and cook it well.
Pour water add chicken cubes let it cook.
After that add pickle and prawns mix it.
Dish out it and add green onion for garnish then serve.
Ingredients For Coriander & Jalapeno Pepper Rice:
Boiled rice 2 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green coriander 1/2 bunch
Cinnamon sticks 2 to 3
Cloves 3 to 4
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Jalapeno pepper 4 to 5
Oil 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Take a pan pour oil add cloves and cinnamon, ginger galric paste and salt for frying.
Now add sela rice, soya sauce and chopped black pepper mix it well.
Then add green coriander, jalapeno slices mix it well.
When the rice becomes ready then dish out it then serve.
Ingredients For Peach Ice Drink:
Peach 2 to 3
Peach juice 1 cup
Coconut milk 1/2 cup
Sugar syrup as required
Ice cube as required
Dry fruits as required
Method:
Blend peach, peach juice, coconut milk, sugar syrup and ice cubes in a blender.
Now take it out in a glass sprinkle dry fruit for garnishing.
