Ingredients For Greek Dogs:
Sausages 4
Oil 2 tbsp
Hot dog buns 4
For Tzatziki:
Hung curd 1/2 kg
Garlic crushed 3-4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Dill chopped 2 tbsp
Mint leaves few
Cucumber 2
Olives 2-3
Method:
To make the tzatziki: Mix the hung curd, crushed garlic cloves, salt, olive oil, dill, chopped mint leaves, cucumber, deseeded and chopped and olives, sliced.
Keep saute the sausages in oil and drain excess oil.
Put 2 tbsp of tzatziki in each hot dog bun and top with a sausage and serve immediately.
Ingredients For Spicy Fried Chicken:
Chicken 800 gm
Red chilies 6
Ginger 1 inch piece
Garlic 5 cloves
Green chilies 4
Onions 2 medium
Curry leaves 15
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Rice flour 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Method:
Grind together red chilies, ginger, garlic, green chilies, onions and curry leaves with sufficient water to a smooth paste.
Mix together chicken, salt, turmeric powder, ground paste and rice flour in a bowl.
Marinate in refrigerator 2-3 hours.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
Add lemon juice to the marinated chicken and mix well.
Place chicken pieces on the pan in a single layer, ensuring that they do not stick to each other.
Cover and cook on medium heat till chicken is almost done.
Turn over chicken pieces and add the leftover marinade and mix well.
Cover and cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes more.
Serve hot.
