Badam Korma Ingredients: Meat (goat) 1 kg. Almonds (chopped ) 10. Green Cardamom 8. poppy seed 1/2 spoon. Onion (chopped) 4. Salt (as per taste). Ghee 1 cup. Red chili powder 1 spoon. Coriander powder 2 spoon. Spices powder(pissa hua garam masala) 1 spoon. Ginger garlic (chopped) 1 tea spoon. Yogurt 1 cup. Black cumin 1 tea spoon. Method: Mix meat,yogurt,ginger,garlic,chili,coriander,salt and spices(garam masala) in a large bowl. Heat ghee then add onion in it and heat it until golden brown then remove from heat and. take off onion on tissue or paper which soak oil. Then crush onion from hands and add into meat. Add meat mixture in pan and cook it at low flame Cover a lid over the pan. When water drains from meat,grilled meat and add hot water 2 cups. When ghee Comes up add grind almond,poppy seeds and cumin. Cook it for 10 minutes more. Your badam korma is ready. Ras Malai Ingredients: Dry milk 1 cup. Egg 1. Oil 3 spoons. Baking powder 1/4 tea spoon. Fresh milk 1 liter. Sugar 1 cup. Pistachio ,almond(as per need). Method: Mix dry milk,egg,baking powder and oil in large bowl. When properly mix then make balls. Boil milk for 10-15 minutes or boil it until viscous. Add balls in boil milk. Cook for 5 minutes more. Take out in other bowl set aside for cool. Garnish it with almond and pistachio. Serve chilled.. Theple Ingredients: 1 Flour (wheat) half cup Powder of red chili half tea spoon Powder of Coriander leaves two tea spoon Half tea spoon turmeric powder 1/4 tea spoon asafoetida Salt ( as per taste) Oil 2 table spoon(flour mixture) 1/3 Oil cup (for frying) Water (as per need) Method: Put Flour in bowl. Add Powder of red chili half tea spoon,powder of Coriander leaves two tea spoon,half tea spoon turmeric powder,1/4 tea spoon asafoetida and Salt. Add 2 tbsp oil,mix flour and spices properly. Then add water into it and start plating(goondna) the wheat mixture. Set aside for few minutes. Make round shape balls size could be (size of lemon). Now roll the round shape balls by using rolling pin make it thin and round shape(size dependent). Repeat the step for rest of the dough. Put thepla on heated pan at normal flame. Apply oil on thepla Heat thepla until golden brown spot appears (do same for other side). Repeat again for rest of the theplas. Your theple are ready.
