Ingredients For Chili Pickle Curry:
German chili 250 grams
Mustard oil 1 cup
Chopped onion 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Fennel seeds powder 2 tsp
Mustard seeds powder 2 tbsp
Turmeric 2 tbsp
Vinegar 4 tbsp
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Method:
First pour oil add chopped onions.
When onions water dries then add vinegar, turmeric, salt, chopped mustard seeds, fennel seeds, chopped garlic and lemon juice cook it for 2 minutes.
Then make it cool and fill it into jar.
Ingredients For Baked Banarsi Seviyan:
Seviyan 1 packet
Butter 100 grams
Dry milk 1 cup
Milk 2 cups
Cream 1 packet
Mix dry Fruits 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Method:
First pour butter, fry the vermicelli. When it becomes golden brown then turn off the stove.
Now grease the oven proof dish add fried vermicelli.
Then add sugar, milk , vanilla essence and dry milk cook it well.
After that turn off the stove, add cream mix it well.
Now spread the dry fruit, then bake it on 180 degree C for 20 to 30 minutes.
Then take it out make its pieces then serve.
Ingredients For Three Chili Rice:
Rice 1/2 kg
Chicken cubes 2
Tomatoes 2
Small red chili 4
Green chili 4
Large German chili 6
Green coriander 1 bunch
Oil 2 cups
Water 2 cups
Turmeric 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Jaggery 1 tbsp
Method:
First keep the rice in water.
Now pour oil add small red chilies, big german chilies, green chilies, tomatoes keep its temperature high take it out and fry.
Pour water, chicken cubes, black pepper, turmeric, jaggery and salt in remaining oil.
When it is boiled then add rice, cook it on low flame.
When the rice is simmered then mix the green coriander and chilies.
Three Chili Rice is ready.
