Ingredients For Hyderabadi Qabooli:

  • Beef mince 1 kg
  • Rice  1 kg
  • Boiled gram lentil 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Chopped onion 4
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Black pepper  6
  • Black cumin  1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 3

  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Lemons  4
  • White cumin  1 tsp
  • Yellow food color  a pinch
  • Clarified butter/ oil  1 1/2 cup
  • Hot milk  1 cup

Ingredients For Bhagaray Baigan:

  • Eggplant 1/2 kg

For Stuffing:

  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Peanuts 10
  • Green chilies  4
  • Coconut 1 piece
  • Onion 1

For Curry:

  • Onion 4
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Nigella seeds  1 tsp
  • Curry leaves few
  • Green chilies 4
  • Tamarind water 1 cup

For Bhagar:

  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Red chilies 6-8
  • Fenugreek seeds  6-7
  • Curry leaves  few
  • Oil  1 1/2 cup
