Ingredients For Onion Rings With Fish & Chops:

  • Potato  2 to 3
  • Finger fish 200 gm
  • Onion rings  2
  • Bread crumbs 1-2 cup
  • Eggs  2
  • White flour 1 cup
  • Oil  for fry

For Batter:

  • Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 3-4 tbsp
  • Worcester sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. Pour oil in a pan, for batter, add garlic paste, chopped red chilies, vinegar, wooster sauce, salt, mix it well add potato ring, onions coat it with flour then dip it into egg.
  2. Paste the bread crumbs then fry, now take it out in a serving platter and serve it with sauce.

Ingredients For Fish Burger:

  • Bun 4
  • Boneless fish 300 gm
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • White vinegar 2-3 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 cup
  • Bread crumbs  1 cup
  • Mayonnaise  1/2 cup
  • Mustard paste  2 tbsp
  • Iceberg  for garnish
  • Oil  for fry
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First cut the fish into square pieces.
  2. Then add vinegar, salt, chopped black pepper and chopped red chilies.
  3. Now add dry corn flour, dip it into egg then put it into bread crumb.
  4. Pour oil in a pan, deep fry it in hot oil.
  5. Now fry the bun slightly, place fish pieces, spread mayonnaise, mustard paste mixture and salad leaves.
  6. Place another piece of bun on its top then serve.

Ingredients For Madagascar Sauce:

  • Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • Cream  1/2 cup
  • Chicken stock  1/2 cup
  • Pickle cucumber 1/3 cup
  • Fried onion  1
  • Tomato paste  3 tbsp
  • White pepper  1 tbsp
  • Boiled garlic  3 to 4 cloves
  • Olive oil  4 to 5 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First put all the above ingredients in a blender, blend it well.
  2. Now take it out then serve.
