Ingredients For Eggs & Mushroom Paratha:

  • Flour  1/2 kg
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil  2 cups
  • Boiled egg  5
  • Chopped onions 1-1/2
  • Fresh coriander 1 bunch

  • Mushrooms  as per taste

  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp

Ingredients For Tomato Fried Chicken:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Ginger paste 1-1/2 tsp
  • Green chili paste 1 tsp
  • Salt  as per taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Coconut  1 sachet
  • Black pepper powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder  1/2 tsp
  • Cardamom powder  a pinch
  • Cinnamon powder  a pinch
  • Cinnamon sticks 2
  • Oil  2 cups
  • Yogurt  1 kg
  • Fried onions slices 1 cup
  • White vinegar 1 cup
  • Boiled potato 3
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Onions 3

Ingredients For Pickled Potato:

  • Potatoes 1 kg
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Green chilies 10
  • Salt as per taste
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • Fennel seeds  1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Onion seeds  a pinch
  • Pickle as per taste
  • Gram flour 3 tbsp
  • Yogurt  250 gm
  • Coriander leaves  for garnishing
