Ingredients For Vanilla Sand Cake:

  • Butter  6 ounces
  • Caster sugar  6 ounces
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Eggs 3
  • Flour  1/2 cup
  • Corn flour 1/3 cup
  • Rice flour 1/3 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • Icing sugar  to dust

Method:

  1. Grease the ring mold.
  2. Now take a bowl add butter, caster sugar, vanilla essence, eggs, flour, corn flour, rice flour, baking powder and milk beat it on low speed.
  3. Then increase the batter speed beat it well, until its color changes.
  4. Now bake it on 180 degree C for 40 minutes.
  5. Then take it out on wire rack and sprinkle icing sugar then serve.

Ingredients For Daalcha Kaddu Wala:

  • Moong ki daal 1/4 cup
  • Masoor ki daal 1/4 cup
  • Toor ki daal 1/4 cup
  • Chanay ki daal 1/4 cup
  • Kaddu  1/2 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder  1 tsp
  • All spice 1/4 tsp
  • Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
  • Curry leaves 25
  • Whole red chilies  2-3
  • Whole white cumin  2 tbsp
  • Whole coriander seeds 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. For making daalcha masala: Pour oil add whole red chilies, whole white cumin and whole coriander and take it out then grind it.
  2. For making daalcha: Add moong daal, masoor ki daal, toor ki daal, chanay ki daal, turmeric and water boil it well, until it is tendered.
  3. Now take it out make it cool and blend it well.
  4. Then heat the oil add curry leaves, onion fry it well, until it becomes light brown.
  5. Now add ginger garlic paste, chopped masala, kaddu, salt and chopped red chilies for frying.
  6. Then cover it and tender let it cook.
  7. Now add chopped tamarind pulp, whole green chilies cook it for 10 to 15 minutes.
  8. Take it out sprinkle garam masala.

Ingredients For Shahi Malai Kabab:

  • Beef boti 500 gm
  • Bread 4
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 2 to 3
  • Coriander leaves  2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 10
  • Onion 2
  • Malai 2 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Egg 2
  • Flour 3/4 cup
  • Water 3/4 cup
  • Oil  for frying

Method:

  1. First add shredded mutton, onion, bread slices, ginger garlic, mint leaves, green coriander, green chilies, chopped red chilies, garam masala, salt, turmeric and cream knead it well.
  2. Now give it shape of kabab.
  3. For making paste add flour and water mix it well.
  4. Now dip every kabab in flour mixture.
  5. After that add beaten egg deep fry it in a pan.
