Ingredients For Margarita Chicken:
Chicken half
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
White pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Flour 1 cup
Egg 1
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese 1/2 packet
Salt to taste
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Method:
First cut the chicken pieces into 2 pieces. Take a bowl add chicken add lemon juice, salt and ginger garlic paste mix it well.
Then add tomato paste, chopped red chilies, chopped cinnamon, black pepper, chopped white pepper, oil and mix it with hands.
Now coat the marinated chicken with flour and fry it int oven on 200 degree C for15 minutes.
When it becomes golden then take it out.
Then take a bowl add egg, red chilies, white pepper, cinnamon and salt mix it well add chicken and mix.
Now place the chicken on oven tray put egg mixture on its top , put grated mozzarella cheese bake it in oven for 10 minutes.
When it becomes ready then serve it hot.
Ingredients For Pani Waley Kabab:
Mince 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Meat tenderizer 2 tsp
Crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
Egg 1
Onion chopped 2
Onion 2
Green chilies 5-6
Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
Button red chilies 5-6
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
First add mince, ginger garlic paste, crushed red pepper, salt, all spice powder, meat tenderizer and crushed cumin seeds in chopper and chop it well.
Now add egg, chopped onion, green chilies and green coriander and chop it well. Then take it out and make small tikiyan.
Take a pan pour water boil it.
When it starts to boil then dd tikiyan and let it cook on low flame.
Take another pan pour oil add chopped onion, whole red chilies,
Then put kababs on its top then let it on simmer.
Remove it cover after 4 to 5 minutes pour water sprinkle green coriander then serve.
Ingredients For Bangladeshi Daal:
Bengal gram boiled 250 gm
Oil 1/4 cup
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Milk 250 ml
Fresh coconut 200 gm
Chili powder 1 tsp
Dry mango powder 1 tsp
Tamarind paste 1/4 cup
Water 2 cup
Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
Button red chilies 5-6
Water 1/2 cup
Method:
First blend the milk and fresh coconut chop it well.
Now take a pan add milk mixture, boiled chickpea, turmeric, salt, chopped red chilies, curry leaves and water cook it on low temperature.
Beat the lentil after 10 to 15 minutes. Now add water and mix
